Return & Refund Policy

We would like our customers to be one hundred percent happy with their product purchases. In the unlikely event that the product you have purchased is faulty or is different from its description and/or image, please return it within 14 days of receipt of the purchase. Please email us at wellwellgiftboxes@gmail.com as soon as you receive your order and we will send the relevant information for the return of the item. For a full refund or a store credit to the same value, goods must be returned in perfect condition. Payments will be made by well well gift boxes via Paypal or our credit card gateway. The associated shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note: If you purchase a product that is handmade to order, we will not accept returns or a change of mind.

We do not offer refunds for gifts that are shipped and delivered to the recipient without any damage. If you have received something that was out of date, broken or damaged, please contact our customer service team at wellwellgiftboxes@gmail.com
and we will be sure to replace those items for you. If you do wish to swap an item we would be happy to send you another item once we have received the original item back at our warehouse in its original unopened condition. Any additional costs for the replacement item such as delivery, or any difference in prices, would need to be paid for prior to shipping.

A request for a refund can be made for a gift that has not yet shipped up to a maximum of 90 days from order. No refunds will be payable after this time.
