Well, well…gift boxes post Australia-wide. Orders are sent within 1-3 business days.
If for any reason your order will take longer to dispatch, you will be notified via email. Please note that packages cannot be re-routed to another address once it has been sent. For this reason, please make sure that your delivery address is 100% accurate when placing your order.

Regular Shipping Options

Once the item is shipped delays any are out of our control. We are happy to raise an enquiry with our shipping providers but are entirely at their mercy. Please contact our customer
service team if your shipping issue persists. Please treat our team with courtesy.
Estimated delivery times are based on proximity to metro, regional, or remote areas, with shorter delivery times expected for cities, and longer ones for remote regions.

Incorrect Addresses and Redelivery

Well, well…gift boxes are more than happy to redeliver an order if it is returned to us (usually due to an incorrect address, or if no one was able to receive it). However, to avoid delays, please check beforehand that the address you elect to ship to is the correct one.
If we have to redeliver an item, we will need to charge a re-delivery fee of $25.00 for all Australian deliveries. This includes a Return-To-Sender fee as well as the cost of resending the parcel out again via Australia Post. For orders that qualified for free shipping, we will unfortunately have to charge you this fee, as complimentary shipping only covers the first instance of shipping.

Please be aware that Well, well…gift boxes are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, as well as any extra fees or charges incurred whilst entering into another country. If you are purchasing a bulk corporate order, we will send you a quote for shipping and payment will need to be received before dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We ship internationally however at this stage, please email us on wellwellgiftboxes@gmail.com for an individual quote. Once the quote has been accepted, we will send you an invoice. After payment, your order will be sent internationally.
All deliveries will have limited tracking services unless express shipping and/or insurance is requested via email.
A package identification number will be emailed to you for tracking.
